2. Payment Policy

Only online payments are accepted. Cash payments are not supported.

3. Preparation & Delivery Time

All orders are prepared fresh after confirmation. Preparation usually takes 3–4 hours depending on quantity.

4. Delivery Conditions

Please provide a correct address and reachable phone number. Delivery time may vary due to traffic or weather.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before payment: No charges.
  • After payment but before cooking: 10% charge.
  • After order is cooked: 40% charge, 60% refund.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days through the original payment method.

7. Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

8. Quality & Freshness

All food is freshly prepared. Returns are not accepted after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect address, or customer unavailability.
